• IT Act (India): We follow reasonable practices for data protection as per Indian IT regulations.

We do not currently appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

8. Data Retention

If a tenant (organization) remains inactive for more than 6 months, we delete all associated data. However, tenant customer data is retained indefinitely unless the tenant administrator chooses to delete it.

9. Data Security

We use encryption and secure hosting via AWS (US region) to protect your data. However, we do not guarantee absolute security. We currently do not have a formal data breach notification process in place.

10. Children’s Privacy

Clubus.io may be used by minors under 18 if permitted by the tenant. It is the responsibility of the tenant to manage parental consent and monitor usage. We do not knowingly collect data directly from minors without such consent.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
